Long & Strong Team Training

Ongoing hybrid training hosted on the TrainHeroic mobile app. Programming moves through various phases throughout the year with plenty of support provided by the growing L&S Community, regardless of if you’re training alone or with friends.

1:1 Remote Coaching

A tailored program designed to prepare any athlete for any goal, regardless of experience. Work directly with a coach to create a training plan that progresses alongside you and is completely customized to meet your needs.

Injury Prevention

Injury-specific programming designed by our in-house Physical Therapy team. Blueprints are available for 3x/week templates to layer on existing training, whereas Master Plans are available as complete 8-week training programs with multiple sessions each week.

Customized Group Training
