Measures Of Performance - Measures Of Effectiveness
MOPs & MOEs is here to change the fitness culture of the force. We help you cut through the noise in the tactical human performance world by addressing reality head-on. Where others rely on hype and false marketing, MOPs & MOEs brings you practical guidelines based on actual evidence. We are building a community that includes tactical leaders, strength and conditioning coaches, and medical professionals, with the goal of creating a space that gets to the root of the biggest issues in the human performance industry.
Alex Morrow
Alex created MOPs & MOEs after realizing how antiquated the Army’s approach to fitness was, and after many attempts (and failures) to bring attention to this issue from the inside. He graduated from West Point in 2013 and spent eight years on active duty serving in the 4th Infantry Division and 10th Mountain Division before landing at the US Army Physical Fitness School. Once he got a taste of the human performance world, he knew he couldn’t turn back. He continues to serve as an intelligence officer in the Army Reserve while working full-time on modernizing Army fitness.
Drew Hammond
A strength and conditioning coach by trade, Drew has spent the entirety of his career working as an embedded human performance professional within special operations and conventional military settings. In addition, he has consulted with a number of different military, federal, international, and domestic sporting organizations both in the United States and abroad. Drew holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a MSc in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
