Our Blueprints allow for an injury-specific training template to be layered atop any training plan you’re already following.
Our Masterplans take a much more comprehensive approach, providing you with a complete training plan to address injuries while also maximizing performance.
Rehab Blueprints
8-week, 3-day/week program of progressive rehabilitation hosted on TrainHeroic.
These programs offer a rehab focus without the additional cardiorespiratory and resistance training in the Masterplans. Perfect if you already have a set program and want to work on injured body parts.

Rehab Master Plans
8-week, 6-day/week program of hybrid athlete training with integrated rehabilitation hosted on the Train Heroic mobile app.
This is intended to train the whole body easily and recover the injured body part.
